Class Title: Fiore dei Liberi sword in one hand – out of armour

Description: The class will focus on Fiore dei Liberi’s unarmoured sword in one hand section, covering offence and defence at wide distance and close distance.

The class requires no previous knowledge of any martial art, though any knowledge will be advantageous.

A safe sword simulator (wood, steel or nylon) which is manageable in one hand is required.

The class is open to as many as the hall can take.

Class Title: Ringen am Schwert – an introduction

Description: We work through the basics of entering into grappling distance safely and what to do when there. We cover all the basic techniques (more or less everything that is in Ringeck and then some).

No prerequisite knowledge required, but it’s more fun if your partner knows basic breakfalling The class works best on grass or wrestling mats, but can be held in an ordinary salle as well (it’s just slightly less fun!)
